I've built a company from a blank document to a funded, accelerator-backed product with real customers. It taught me what no course could: how to make high-stakes decisions with imperfect information, how to build a team from scratch, and how to keep shipping when everything is uncertain.
Founded ByteNite in Milan in 2021. Moved it to San Francisco in 2022. Led the company through concept, product development, go-to-market, and funding — serving simultaneously as CEO, Head of Product, and GTM Lead. The core problem: AI compute was powerful but inaccessible. The answer was a serverless platform that removed the infrastructure complexity entirely.
Visit ByteNiteSelected among the top <1% of applicants worldwide for the Techstars accelerator, San Francisco Fall 2024 program. Received $120K in funding alongside intensive mentorship, investor pitch workshops, and customer discovery methodology sessions. One of the most competitive startup programs in the world.
Raised $1.2M in total funding from angel investors, crowdfunding and institutional sources, including the Techstars program. Led the full fundraising process independently: pitch deck development, data room setup, investor pipeline management, due diligence coordination, and deal structuring. Learned that the pitch is the product, and clarity is everything.
